1. Product & Support

What weight can your mattresses support? We specialize in heavy-duty engineering. Our Essential Series is generally rated for up to 110kg per person, while our Flagship Series is specifically reinforced to support 150kg+ per person. Always check the specific weight rating in the product description to ensure the best longevity.

What is the difference between a Bonnell Spring and a Pocket Spring? It comes down to individualized support. A Bonnell Spring system is interconnected, providing a traditional, buoyant, and very durable feel. A Pocket Spring unit consists of hundreds of independent coils, meaning movement on one side of the bed doesn't transfer to the other—ideal for partners with different sleep schedules.

Do I need to flip my mattress? Our Hospitality Range features double-sided construction designed to be flipped and rotated regularly for maximum lifespan. However, many of our Performance and Flagship models feature specialized "No-Turn" technology, requiring only occasional rotation from head to toe.

2. Delivery & Logistics

Where do you deliver? We currently offer professional delivery across Gauteng and Mpumalanga, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, and the East Rand. For deliveries further afield, please contact us for a specific logistics quote.

How long does delivery take? Most "Essential" models are available for rapid dispatch. For our technical "Performance" and hand-tufted "Flagship" units, please allow 5 to 10 business days for manufacturing and quality assurance before delivery.

Does the price include the base? Unless specified as a "Mattress Only" purchase, our prices are for the full Bed Set, which includes the mattress and the matching reinforced timber base.

3. Hospitality & Bulk Orders

Do you provide mattresses for lodges and B&Bs? Yes. Our Hospitality Series is built to commercial specifications, including fire-retardant fabrics and reinforced edges. We offer specialized pricing for bulk orders of 5 units or more.

4. Sizing

What are the standard dimensions? Our beds come in standard South African lengths (188cm). Extra length (200cm) is available upon request for most models in our Performance and Flagship ranges.
